The Results Ledger
Every published position graded at its posted odds — wins and losses alike, with the closing line beside it as the market test.
How the Ledger Grades
Four books, kept separately. A recommendation is not a bet, a bet is not a lineup, and an opinion is not a stake. Every entry leads with what the club said to do, then the evidence it stood on, then what would have changed the call. Nothing is added or altered after an event begins, and nothing published before this ledger opened is retrofitted into a record.
Betting Results
Official plays from the props and betting cards, graded at the odds posted on the card — one unit at the posted price unless the card said otherwise; pushes grade zero. The closing line is recorded beside every play as a separate test: whether the club beat the market, not just whether the play cashed. Losses print in the same ink as wins. No graded plays yet: the first card is Friday, September 11, and it settles with the Week 1 slates.
DFS Recommendations
The published cards — cash cores, tournament cores, values, fades. Graded as advice against the slate that happened: the recommendation, the result, and whether the reasoning held or broke. No units in this book; the club doesn’t count money it never staked. Empty until the first Week 1 cards grade.
DFS Entries
Contests the club actually entered — buy-ins and returns, money in and money out, next to the card each entry was built from. When the club doesn’t enter, this book stays empty and says so; recommendations never migrate down here to dress up a record. Empty until the club’s first entry settles.
Editorial Calls
Rank moves, start–sit verdicts, and Wire club-actions firm enough to grade. Each entry restates the call, the evidence at the time, and what would have changed it — then the outcome: right, wrong, or unresolved. No units; the currency in this book is being right in public. First grades after Week 1, September 9–14, 2026.
