### The cap: Cleveland picks Watson

The co-starter experiment ended with Deshaun Watson named for Week 1 over Shedeur Sanders. This settles prices rather than creating them: the rookie receivers Boston and Concepcion stay playable strictly at their basement costs, the ceiling scenario leaves the building, and the Quinshon Judkins fade hardens — a bottom-five line, a discipline cloud, and now the league's least dynamic passing game beside him.
