No division rearranged its furniture more expensively this offseason. Philadelphia traded away a franchise receiver, the Giants hired away the longest-tenured coach in Baltimore, and the whole ledger reads like an estate sale conducted by very rich families.

- New YorkNew ManagementJohn Harbaugh, after eighteen seasons in Baltimore, brings Matt Nagy to call plays and a defense-first constitution to a roster built around Malik Nabers' surgically repaired knee. Najee Harris arrives to close out games, which caps Cam Skattebo, and Isaiah Likely gives the offense its Baltimore accent. Everything here is priced on hope; buy only the discounts.
- WashingtonThe DipJayden Daniels at 71.9 is the strangest price in the division — a former first-rounder-by-ADP now going as the sixth quarterback. Stefon Diggs signed on with per-route numbers that still grade elite, and the Robinson departure leaves goal-line work unclaimed. This is the division's value aisle.
Philadelphia sold the name. Washington bought the dip. The market has not finished repricing either.
