The sport's most stable division finally moved. Mike Tomlin's nineteen-season tenure gave way to Mike McCarthy. John Harbaugh's eighteen gave way to Jesse Minter. Only Cincinnati kept its command structure — and promptly lost its best pass rusher to the rival that just changed generals.

- BaltimoreThe InheritanceJesse Minter inherits Lamar Jackson at a gift of a price — 56.7, the third quarterback drafted — plus Derrick Henry beginning his age-32 season at 17.6\. Zay Flowers' top-fifteen cost buys mostly what he already is. The club's rookie flyer, Ja'Kobi Lane, lives in the red zone where this offense pays out.
- CincinnatiSteady StateThe division's only unchanged room: Chase at 3.9, Chase Brown at 13.4, Burrow at 57.4 in the value tier. Tee Higgins at his WR16 price asks you to pay for a touchdown rate the regression tables don't believe. Boring is a compliment here.
- PittsburghAfter TomlinMike McCarthy's first order of business was familiar company: Aaron Rodgers, 42, sits atop the August depth chart, with DK Metcalf and the newly acquired Michael Pittman as his first reads and the young quarterbacks developing behind him. Pittman and Metcalf are the draftable pieces; the Warren–Dowdle backfield is a timeshare priced like one. The only bet you're making in Pittsburgh is age — decide how much of it you can carry.
- ClevelandFull RenovationTodd Monken returns as head coach to a roster that traded Myles Garrett west, lists Deshaun Watson and Shedeur Sanders as co-starters, and starts two rookie receivers in Boston and Concepcion. Quinshon Judkins — fibula, rebuilt line, brutal opening schedule — headlines the avoid lists at his RB18 price. The rookie receivers at afterthought cost are the only bets we'd write.

Two dynasties changed hands in one winter. The board is still pricing the old regimes.
